The Chance® Helical Pier Foundation Systems have been designed, tested, and proven for use in expansive soils, high water and fill areas, and also in any other area where unstable soil requires the use of piers.
Chance ® piers have been evaluated and are listed by all national building code agencies and are a great way to prevent sinking foundations. On reinforced footing or stem walls, the anchors of the New Construction Helical Pier Foundation Systems are usually placed every 8 to 10 feet depending on the load of the structure and the strength of the soil.
